“Two things we are doing in Singapore to mitigate the slowdown in growth caused by US-China trade tensions — focussing on growth areas like tech, and reskilling and upgrading workers that become displaced by automation or globalisation.
Was speaking at the second of two dialogues I took part in at #wef20 yesterday. Under the theme “Leading a New Multilateralism”, also heard from fellow panelists on how other countries like Africa and India are dealing with global uncertainty, both economic and environmental. – LHL”
