Ambassador Tan Hung Seng, Singapore’s Permanent Representative to the WTO was invited as a panellist to the Centre for Trade and Economic Integration’s (CTEI) virtual panel on “The Digital Marketplace and Development” on 5 May. His remarks were centred on the importance of e-commerce for developing countries and how developing countries can embrace e-commerce.
