INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF MONTHLY DIPLOMATIC COURIER SERVICES FOR THE PERMANENT MISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN GENEVA FOR A THREE-YEAR TERM (REF. ITQ002/2025)

The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore in Geneva invites interested vendors to quote for the provision of monthly diplomatic courier services for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore in Geneva for a three-year term.

2        Interested vendors may email mfa_geneva_un_procurement@mfa.gov.sg to request for the quotation documents or for more information.

3        Quotations must be submitted by email to mfa_geneva_un_procurement@mfa.gov.sg. Please note that only quotations received by email will be accepted. All other methods of submission will be disqualified. The closing date is Thursday, 13 November 2025 at 1500 hrs Geneva Time.

4        Please note that the Permanent Mission does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.

5        The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be subsequently published on the Permanent Mission’s website.
